Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the ez2cuci platform at ez2cuci.club (the "Platform"), you ("the User", "you") unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies that ez2cuci may publish from time to time. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ez2cuci.

If you do not accept these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease accessing and using the ez2cuci Platform. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. ez2cuci reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.

Eligibility & Account Registration

The following eligibility requirements apply to all users of the ez2cuci Platform:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the ez2cuci Platform. ez2cuci takes its age verification obligations seriously and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to underage individuals will be closed immediately and all funds forfeited.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to maintain only one registered account on the ez2cuci Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts, with forfeiture of balances at ez2cuci's sole discretion.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. You are required to notify ez2cuci promptly of any changes to your registered details. Provision of false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ez2cuci login credentials. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. You must notify ez2cuci support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• KYC Verification: ez2cuci may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification before processing withdrawals or certain account functions. Required documents may include a government-issued photo identification and proof of address.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ez2cuci Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: ez2cuci currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank online banking transfers. Accepted methods are subject to change and the current list is displayed in the cashier section of the Platform.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 unless otherwise stated in an applicable promotion. Deposits below the minimum threshold will not be credited to your account.
• Withdrawal Processing: Verified accounts in good standing can expect withdrawal processing within five (5) minutes for standard requests. ez2cuci does not guarantee specific processing times, as bank processing periods may vary. Withdrawals are subject to successful completion of KYC verification.
• Currency: All balances, transactions, and displayed figures on the ez2cuci Platform are denominated in MYR. ez2cuci is not responsible for any fees or rate differences imposed by your payment provider.
• Withdrawal Limits: Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are published in the cashier section. Requests exceeding applicable limits may be processed in instalments at ez2cuci's discretion.
• Anti-Money Laundering: ez2cuci complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. Withdrawals will only be returned to the same payment source as the deposit where possible. ez2cuci reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large transactions.

Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by ez2cuci are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements ("rollover") that must be satisfied before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• One Bonus Per Player: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one promotional bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method at any given time.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are only available to registered, fully verified ez2cuci account holders who are in good standing. ez2cuci reserves the right to exclude any account from a promotion at its sole discretion.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and associated free spins expire within the timeframe stated in the promotion's terms. Expired bonuses and any winnings derived therefrom are forfeited without notice.
• Abuse: Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating duplicate accounts, exploiting technical errors, or using strategies designed to extract bonus value with minimal risk — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus, associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
• Modification: ez2cuci reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Gameplay Rules

The following rules apply to all games offered on the ez2cuci Platform:

• Game Rules: Each game on the ez2cuci Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that game only.
• Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a game malfunction, technical error, or connectivity interruption, ez2cuci reserves the right to void any affected game round. No compensation is payable for losses resulting from technical failures beyond ez2cuci's reasonable control.
• Live Casino: Live dealer game rounds at ez2cuci are final once the dealer has announced the close of betting. Any bets placed after this announcement are void. Video recordings of live sessions are maintained for dispute resolution purposes.
• Sportsbook: Sportsbook bets are settled according to the official result of the applicable sporting event as recognised by the relevant governing body. In-play betting markets close automatically at defined triggers. ez2cuci's settlement decisions on sports events are final.
• Maximum Winnings: Maximum payout limits per session or per bet may apply and are disclosed in the relevant game or sportsbook section. ez2cuci reserves the right to limit payouts that exceed published maximum win limits, regardless of the mathematical outcome of the game.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ez2cuci Platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or using the identity of another person;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or identity verification;
• Using the Platform for any fraudulent, money laundering, or other illegal purposes;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in any way;
• Exploiting any technical vulnerability, software bug, or error for financial gain;
• Colluding with other players, including chip dumping in poker games or sports betting syndicate manipulation;
• Charging back any deposit made to your ez2cuci account via your payment provider;
• Allowing any third party to access or operate your ez2cuci account.

Intellectual Property

All content on the ez2cuci Platform — including but not limited to software, text, images, graphics, logos, game assets, and the overall Platform design — is the intellectual property of ez2cuci or its licensors. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ez2cuci Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any portion of the Platform or its content without the prior written consent of ez2cuci.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ez2cuci, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Platform;
• Interruptions to the Platform caused by maintenance, technical failures, third-party service disruptions, or circumstances beyond ez2cuci's reasonable control;
• Any losses incurred as a result of your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials;
• Decisions made in reliance on information displayed on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or game outcome predictions;
• Actions taken by payment service providers that affect the timing or completion of deposits or withdrawals.

The ez2cuci Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". ez2cuci makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.

Privacy & Data

Your use of the ez2cuci Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ez2cuci collects personal information necessary for account registration, identity verification, fraud prevention, and improving platform services. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with service providers, payment processors, and regulatory bodies as required to operate the Platform and meet applicable legal obligations. Responsible Gaming

ez2cuci is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The Platform is intended solely for entertainment purposes. The following responsible gaming measures are available to all registered users:

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through your account settings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Limits: You may set a maximum session duration after which the system will automatically log you out of the ez2cuci Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: You may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the ez2cuci Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irrevocable for the nominated period. Contact support to initiate self-exclusion.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of session duration and net wagering activity are available through account settings.

Amendments to These Terms

ez2cuci reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, ez2cuci will endeavour to provide notice via your registered email address or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the ez2cuci Platform following publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and contact support to close your account.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the internal policies of ez2cuci as an operator regulated under international gaming authority standards. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ez2cuci Platform shall first be subject to good-faith resolution through ez2cuci's internal complaints procedure.

To submit a complaint, contact ez2cuci support via the email address listed on the Platform. ez2cuci will acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve them within 14 business days. If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of the internal complaints process, you may escalate the matter to the applicable international gaming dispute resolution body relevant to your jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a consumer under applicable mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
